The Terms of Use section together with the Privacy Policy section constitutes the Agreement between the Find a Dentist - Turkey platform and the Client (“User”, “Patient”).

By using the Find a Dentist - Turkey online platform or its Services, you agree and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Services

The Find a Dentist - Turkey platform does not refer the Patient to a specific Provider, but provides a list of possible Providers according to the Patient’s requirements (for example, the final list of clinics and Dentists may depend on the language, diagnosis, etc.).

The Directory of Dental Clinics includes such data about the Dental Clinics as: the name of the clinic or the name of the Dentist, address, specialization, photographs, experience of specialists, etc. When choosing a Dental Clinic, the Patient has the right to study information about the Providers from the list and make an appointment with the most suitable one for their needs.

The information that can be found on the Find a Dentist - Turkey Platform, we take from the Providers themselves, and we collect from other reliable sources. Despite the fact that We try to provide only verified information, we are not responsible for its 100% relevance.

The Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform does not serve as a confirmation of the quality of Dental services provided by the Provider. The Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform provides the possibility of direct contact of the Patient with the Dental Clinic, as well as the possibility of requesting information regarding treatment. If the Patient (“User”) decides to travel to the selected Dental Clinic, the Internet platform provides support for the Patient from the beginning of the trip to its completion. We also help to resolve any emerging issues with the Dental Clinic and provide the Patient with the necessary information regarding his Dental trip.

The Find a Dentist - Turkey online platform does not provide Dental services to Users, but performs the duties of an intermediary between the Client (patient) and the Provider (Clinic, Dentist). We also emphasize that the information posted on the Find a Dentist - Turkey website cannot serve as a substitute for a personal appointment with a Dentist. Accordingly, such information cannot be used by the Patient to make decisions about starting or ending treatment.

The services of the Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform are available only to persons over 18 years of age. In the event that the User uses the platform service on behalf of a third party under the age of 18, he undertakes to inform the employee of the Internet platform about the actions that he performs on behalf of the third party.

The Find a Dentist - Turkey platform is not responsible for compliance with the terms of the contract between the Dental Clinics and the Patient. Responsibility for all types of services provided by the clinic or Dentist lies entirely with the Dental Clinics.

We note that the services of the Find a Dentist - Turkey platform are provided free of charge, but at the request of the Patient it is possible to provide additional paid services (for example, an X-ray service, Dental insurance, and so on).

After the Patient provides his e-mail address, the Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform uses it to send Registration details and will be used to communicate between Find a Dentist -Turkey which may include Dental information and referrals to other 3^rd Parties (Clinics, Dentists, Client Liaison, Insurance Provider) upon confirmation that the User grants their permission for the information to be shared. (if necessary, the Client can unsubscribe from the mailing).

Using the service, the User gives his consent to the collection, storage and transfer of his Dental information to the selected Dentist / clinic.

All services of the Find a Dentist - Turkey online platform are provided to the User only if there is up-to-date information about the User’s identity. Also, the Patient is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information that he provides to the employee of the Find a Dentist - Turkey Website.

After receiving Dental statements from the Patient, the Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform creates a personal Dental record for the User. Further, based on the information provided, the User or Find a Dentist - Turkey Dental platform selects several Dentists (at least three) that correspond to the patient’s situation and diagnosis. After that, the Patient chooses a suitable Dentist, and the Dental Platform transmits the User’s data to the selected clinic to familiarize the Dentist with the information. The service is provided up to three working days after the submission of the Patient’s Dental records.

Registration on the Site

To view the Find a Dentist -Turkey Database, obtain a Dental Treatment Plan or Quote, to communicate with the clinic, as well as to receive other services of the Find a Dentist - Turkey platform, the user must complete the registration process by filling out the registration form on the website. Registration is possible only for adult Users.

Payment

Payment for advisory, diagnostic and Dental treatment is carried out exclusively between the Client and the Provider (Dental center) without the participation of the Find a Dentist - Turkey Internet platform.

In some cases, Find a Dentist- Turkey may require payment in way of a booking fee for Dental services prior to the patient obtaining a confirmed appointment from their chosen Clinic. This will be deducted from the Total Cost of the Users Treatment. This deposit is non refundable in the event of the User cancelling their appointment.
